WHAT IS SPIRITUAL DIRECTION?
Christian spiritual direction supports growth in a person’s journey of faith in Christ. In a trusting relationship between the spiritual director and the directee, focus is placed on the presence of God in the directee’s life by being attentive to the true director, which is the Holy Spirit.
